Played their semi-final this past Saturday — a hard-fought match and tough loss to Peterborough. Congratulations on a great season! 💪

Let’s get out and support our teams this week as they battle for a spot in the finals!

Beach 3s vs Aurora 3s – Cancelled

TRU Mens 3 vs Brampton 1s was dominated by the Beavers. A tough game for our athletes but we played well, The Beavers were able to disrupt lineouts and scrums which put a lot of pressure on our backline. Beach 26 – Brampton 46

The Beach women continue to run through every opponent in their path. Dominating from the opening kickoff, the Wanderers had no chance. The women again displayed some great rugby. Set pieces lead to some great backline plays. Big runs and a lot of trys. Beach 46 – Wanderers 26

The 2s took to the field hoping to get back on track after coming off the loss in Brantford last week. Playing in front of the blue and gold faithful paid dividends early. There was a sparkle as the team played well in the first half. The second half was a different story. The Barbs went on a run that made it hard to overcome. Every time we had a bit of momentum, an untimely turnover would kill the flow. Beach 29 – Barbs 45

Crunch time for the Beach 1s this week as they are only 2 games out of 4th place. In front of a very supportive Beach crowd, our boys played inspired rugby. The forwards were linking with the backs and backs putting forwards into space. The lineouts and scrums were on point which created clean ball for the backs. The result had our boys in a tight one down the stretch. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough to take the win. Beach 27 – Barbs 31
