Myles Martin Weekly Alumni Report for August 20

Our athletes had a great week of training and it showed last weekend. All the teams put on a show in front of the Beach faithful and what a show it was against Oshawa

Balmy Beach 3s took to the field first and from the opening kickoff the Vikes didn’t stand a chance, The men had a complete game of domination as they moved the ball from sideline to sideline showing patience for lapses in the defense and attacking at will. Beach win Big 56-7

The Beach 2s kept with the same tone as the 3s as they completely dominated the Vikings 2s. The 2s dominated up front with their dominating scrums making it difficult for the opposition to get anything going. The Beach led at the half and continued their domination in the second half only giving up a couple of mercy trys in the end. Beach win 32-19

The show kicked off at 3:30 EST as the 1s took to the pitch. Looking to follow suit they played their best game of the season. The boys came out hot with some big hits and great defense. This caused turnover ball that was converted to trys. They were almost perfect in all set pieces. This was definitely a statement game and now we’re squarely in a position to end the regular season in a playoff spot. Beach win big 58-12
